A proudly Mexican company with more than 40 years of experience as the leader in the POLYSTYRENE industry

We have been serving the Mexican industry since 1978, from Baja California to Yucatán, across borders for more than 18 years. We have gradually increased our presence in EXPORT markets, currently serving more than 100 customers in 20 countries in North America, Latin America and Europe.

What began with one polymerization line with a capacity of 20 thousand tons per year is now a capacity of 170 thousand tons per year, making us the largest Polystyrene resin producer in Mexico.

We have focused our growth not only on our production capacity, but also on our development and sale capacities and abilities. We are technologically independent and have diversified our portfolio of plastic resins. In addition to General Purpose Polystyrene (GPPS) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), we produce Styrene-Methyl Methacrylate (SMMA) copolymers, Thermoplastic Elastomers (S-TPE) and numerous Technical Compounds.

RESIRENE’s position in the industry means privileged access to other petrochemicals markets, giving us an opportunity and competitive advantage to serve another strategic group of customers with the distribution and sale of INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS, mainly Monomers, Solvents and Binders, offering them to various customers and industries both in Mexico and Latin America.

Location

We are strategically located in central Mexico, in the state of Tlaxcala, from which we have quick access to the country’s main consumer center and industrial areas.

We have the ability to serve all of our customers worldwide, no matter where they are located.

Our current operation covers:

Central America, South America, North America and Europe.

Thanks to our infrastructure and logistics model, we can transit dynamically north or south by road or railway or towards the main sea ports on the Atlantic or Pacific coasts, reaching our customers wherever they may be.
